Echos of Eldritch Major Players: Ander Shattersoul

So It has been a while since I did one of these Major Players Posts, so I decided to do so for this post.
So this one needs some explaining, Ander is a member of a group Known as the Brotherhood of the Whispering Ring. This is My first character from the first Campaign that I ever played. This party was bestowed Immortality by Echos, but they are unaware that he is the source of immortality. Ander is even more perturbed by his immortality because it was bestowed upon him post-mortem (he was vaporized by a dracolich's necrotic breath).
Ander Shattersoul is a Human Wizard who was born into a noble family, the Dranzolan Family. At an early age, he showed an aptitude for magic and was sent away to study magic under the tutelage of a High Elven Sorceress, Miritelisina Takmarain. After years of study, Lord Dranzolan Sent for Ander to take his place as head of household. Understanding that he was being used, Ander refused and broke ties with his family, He took the name Shattersoul to erase his connection to the family.
Early in his Adventuring Career, Ander met a fellow member of the Brotherhood and His would-be long time best friend, Rinn Liadon, a human Ranger. After bringing down a black dragon and stopping a conspiracy by a dragon cult, the two parted ways for some time, Ander to take the test of Sorcery to cement his place as a fully fledged wizard and not just an apprentice, and Rinn to commune with nature and see where his future lay.
When the two reunited, Ander came face to face with Balamer the Dragonslayer, a paladin in service of the God of Dragons. Together, these three discovered and secured a lost mage forge. After bringing this adventure to a close, Ander was contacted by his Former master, Miritelisina. She had opened a portal beyond the veil that had kept the continent free from the tyranny of the dragons during their rise in the First Age of Dragons, 10,000 years before. Ander used his magic to open a portal to the exact location of Miritelisina's portal. After learning of the state the world was in and meeting with the other members of the Brotherhood, they began a quest to bring down the Dragon Lords.
At the end of this Quest, in the Final confrontation with Corduth, the Dracolich lord of all dragonkind, Ander fell to the Dragon's Breath, vaporizing his body. He was restored to life after the fight by unknown means (Echos). Each member of the party went their separate ways, establishing ways to protect the realm. Ander and his New Wife Thia Shattersoul settled in Highthorn, the realm of the Former Mage-Kings. They established the Magocracy of Highthorn and the Bardic College of Ivory.
Ander is now the Sage Arcanum, which is the Head of the Conclave of Magisters, a group of 9 Archmages who run the Highthornian Magocracy.
He dresses in red robes with gold trim. He keeps long Brown hair, neatly kept. He has steel grey eyes that betray his curse, which is the ability to see spirits that others cannot. He has a badly crippled knee, and as such, he leans on a staff of dark iron wood, topped with a golden rose which contains an opalite crystal.
He is the master of every school of magic, and acts in politics only when his vote is necessary to break the tie in the conclave. Like the other members of the brotherhood, he has sworn a pact not to interfere in the affairs of the world on a major scale unless the world is threatened. He enjoys his life, studying magic and spending time with his wife and children.
